Recall Notice for Super Silver Haze Cannabis Products

Subject: Voluntary Recall of Specific Super Silver Haze Cannabis Products

To Our Valued Cream of Crop Customers,

At Talarya Brands, we take great pride in producing the highest-quality cannabis products and are committed to maintaining the trust and safety of our customers. As part of this commitment, we are conducting a voluntary recall of a specific batch of our Super Silver Haze Secrets.  Prior to release, and in compliance with state regulations, the batch was tested by a state-licensed lab.  The Certificate of Analysis showed that this batch met all of the state-mandated requirements for public health safety. However, the Department of Cannabis Control tested a sample they pulled from a retail shelf and their results indicated the batch may have higher than acceptable levels of the microbial contaminant, Aspergillus. 

While we strongly disagree with their finding given that we received a COA with a non-detectable amount of aspergillus, we are required to provide this notice and facilitate a recall of the affected items. This recall is being undertaken in coordination with the California Department of Cannabis Control to ensure customer safety and regulatory compliance.

What You Need to Know:

  • All safety testing for this product was completed; however, we are voluntarily recalling it out of an abundance of caution.

What You Should Do:

  1. Quarantine Product and Schedule Return:

    • If you are in possession of this product, please quarantine the affected products and schedule a pickup with our fulfillment team or your sales rep. You will receive a credit toward the purchase of any other products on our menu.
